Terms and Conditions

The terms and conditions on this page constitute an agreement between Blackwire Designs(seller) and you the purchaser(you). By purchasing products from BlackWire Designs you are agreeing to the following terms:

We have a 30 day return policy for our products. We will refund the product price minus shipping charges and programming services applied to those products. Drivers are NOT returnable. If you have an item that is older then 30 days email us to see what your options are. BlackWire Designs tracks serial numbers for all products sold. We will only credit back items that have matching serial numbers to their original invoices.

Steps for RMA: Email us and request an RMA number. Please include invoice number, item number(s) and reason for return Verify the product(s) are in brand new condition unused.
Item has all of the original parts
Item has all of the original manuals
Item has all of the original packing materials
Item has ZERO scratches or damage of any kind

RMA Shipping: You will be is responsible for the return shipping charges
Use Fedex or UPS as shipping method with proper insurance and retain your tracking number in case item is lost in transit

In the event your return item is scratched or has damage: We will contact you via email with pictures showing the damage and with hold a minimum of 20% restocking fee against the return price of your item
If the damage is severe the items will be not be taken back, a credit will be not applied and you will be contacted to arrange shipment back to you

BlackWire Designs Shipping Policy: Any item valued over $500.00 will be shipped signature required. We can NOT bypass this due to insurance reasons.
Same day shipping is not guaranteed. Contact us directly with an order time to verify if we can ship the same day.

Control4 Driver License Agreement: Drivers are not returnable. Each license you buy is assigned to one project which is based on the device running director. To receive a replacement activation code from a Control4 controller hardware failure we will need Control4 to verify that the controller was RMAed. When requesting a new key code please send in the RMA number belonging to that controller. There is no exception to this.

Quantity Discount Purchases: We offer many discounts when purchasing large quantities of an item. If you return an item for credit from which you were given a discount due to quantity purchased and the amount of returned product results in a quantity below what was required to receive the additional discount you will need need to pay what the original price would be with out receiving quantity discounts on the purchase.
